Carbon fiber reinforced materials can significantly reduce weight and provide optimal strength and stiffness performance in enhanced thermoplastic plastics. The PPA-CF60 and PARA-CF55 series developed by LONGZHENG company have achieved excellent results in the application on drones. The materials have outstanding mechanical properties, extremely low water absorption and shrinkage rates, excellent hydrolysis resistance, and extremely low specific gravity.

LONGZHENG's PPS development has the following characteristics:
- High heat resistance, with a heat distortion temperature exceeding 260℃ and a long-term operating temperature range of 220℃-240℃, with short-term peaks reaching 260℃.
- Strong chemical resistance, as no solvents have been found to dissolve PPS below 200℃. It exhibits high resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis, and salts.
- Excellent electrical performance, maintaining high volume resistivity, surface resistivity, and electrical strength even in high-temperature, high-humidity, and high-frequency environments. It has low dielectric constant and serves as an outstanding insulating material.
- Good mechanical properties, with high rigidity, high surface hardness, and excellent resistance to creep and fatigue.
- Good dimensional stability, with low thermal expansion coefficient, low creep, low water absorption, and minimal molding shrinkage. It exhibits good dimensional stability even under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions.
- Good flame retardancy, as PPS itself has inherent flame retardant properties, achieving a V0 rating in terms of combustion performance.
